Yesterday proved to be extremely fruitful having traveled down to Ueno Koi Farm in Kyushu... I found one of the most beautiful Showa I have seen in a long time, with a great future ahead of her. Aside from that, I also found four other good koi, including a very interesting male Showa. Last night was spent at Okawa Koi Farm. Whilst at Ueno, I invited him along, so he joined us for dinner there. Yuji Tanaka mentioned that Ueno-san was a strong drinker. But, alas it appeared to be the case that he was the weakest of us all. Of course, I blame Darren for this ;-)
