At late April, early May, rice is sown, for summer growing through until September. There's two rice fields that I intend to use as mud ponds for raising Tosai to Nisai (from next Spring), but for now the task in hand is to fix them up and use them for producing 'Yume Rice'. Some of this will be given to visitors, as souvenirs to take back with them, but the intention is to export most of the rest of it. All in all, there's 9 rice fields, two of which will become mud ponds from next year. I'll be keeping you updated on the progress...

We have a number of High Class Koi residing in Japan for growing at 'Yume Koi Japan'. This fabulous Sanke is just one of them, and is one we feel to have a particularly strong future ahead of her. If you have interest in Koi such as these, please don't hesitate to contact us!
